A wintry weekend in ballarat! It is pouring down with rain as I write this. This weekend has been pretty much spent indoors as it has been wet and freezing. A break in the weather meant we headed to the farmers market yesterday (which was pretty empty and miserable!) and braved the cold this morning to get some flowers from the trash and treasure. We also ventured out to a beautiful little girl's 6th birthday party, catching the end of the chaos with all her little friends. Other than that we have been playing with Gus by the fire, drinking lots of hot chocolates, ducking out quickly for coffee at l'espresso, baking bread and just watching the rain fall.....atleast our garden is looking green and lush at the moment!
