In inner city melbourne and looking for great coffee or wanting to do some coffee training? Padre coffee is run by lovely people who know their stuff, with two good locations - lygon st (brunswick east end) and the south melbourne market.
We regularly pop into their lygon st cafe to see what is on offer - more often than not there is something interesting on the menu - last time we had a fantastic dry processed ethiopian brew that was delightfully winey and sweet. Not only this, they have one of the few slayer coffee machines in Australia. This gives the barista unheard of scope to pull sublime espresso shots.
